Job Description
Congo Digital Connect is seeking an experienced Human Resource Manager to lead and oversee our HR function, supporting our growing digital connectivity and technology operations. This role is responsible for driving effective people management practices, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering a productive and engaged workforce across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with labor laws and company objectives
- Manage employee relations, addressing grievances and disciplinary matters in a fair and timely manner
- Lead workforce planning efforts to meet the staffing needs of a technology-driven operation, including technical, network, and administrative personnel
- Oversee payroll administration, benefits management, and compensation structures
- Design and deliver training and development programs to build employee skills and support career growth, particularly in technical and digital competencies
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, health and safety regulations, and employment standards
- Manage HR information systems (HRIS) and maintain accurate employee records
- Partner with department and technical heads to support organizational development and change management initiatives
- Monitor and report on HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, engagement) to senior management
- Foster a positive workplace culture that supports retention and employee satisfaction in a fast-evolving tech environment
