Project Control Associate

Tâches
à exécuter :

1.   
Contribute to reviewing
the internal control systems of implementing partners.

2.   
Contribute to reviewing
that Partnership agreements are in conformity with multiyear Country Operation
Plans and UNHCR’s rules, policies and procedures.

3.   
Monitor that a complete
record is maintained for all projects.

4.   
Contribute to
reviewing, analysing and verifying Financial and Performance Implementing
Partner Reports (Financial report and Performance report), and to checking
accuracy and consistency between the financial and operational performance), in
accordance with project agreements and the result chain. 

5.   
Ensure that the funds
obligated under a Partnership agreement permit the payment of the next
instalment or a disbursement, confirming the status of instalments already
paid.

6.   
Support timely project
closure in coordination with the programme unit.

7.   
Bring to the attention
of supervisors and programme officers any significant variances at the office
level in: budget execution, percentage of project execution, time schedule, and
quality of projects against specifications or terms and conditions.

8.   
Maintain professional
relationships with partners.

9.   
Keep up to date with
all UNHCR rules, regulations and procedures necessary to perform these duties.

10.
Escalate Partner issues
to supervisors.

11.
Recommend acceptance or
non-acceptance of Financial reports and payment of instalments.

12.
Contact Partners for
project related matters.

13.
Have unlimited access
to financial and operational records relating to projects.

       14. Perform other related
duties as required.
