CVM OPERATION SPECIALIST – H/F

The incumbent will be responsible to administrate and maintain at the highest availability and performance level the Customer Value Management platform under Value Added Services and Data Department.

·       Support Marketing and Business teams in planning, conceptualization and preparation of campaign specifications,

·       Design, configure, test and launch approved campaigns with prior technical impact assessment,

·       Monitor and report the performance of each campaign to ensure it operates as specified,

·       Ensure the campaign-to-market process is managed to a high standard and within SLA,

·       Keep management informed of any campaign disruptions and provide updates until campaign service is restored as per SLA and thus generate post incident report,

·       Provide necessary inputs and execute all tasks relative business continuity and availability of service (Daily checks, backup, restorations, recovery, release…),

·       Execute daily health check and report on the capacity and performances (KPI) of the campaign platform and its modules (J4U/ERED, ENBA, RECAP)

·       Ensure the platform, the data feeds, the communications channels are always available, perform at highest rate (99.99%) and there is no outage,

·       Provide technical support to any change request, integration or project involving campaign platform,

·       Make sure that all activities – including faults, incidents, configuration, improvements, and changes are managed as per best IT practices and Vodacom policy and procedures,

·       Drive weekly campaign delivery and operational meetings and support monthly performance and planning session,

·       Ensure that there is a clear capacity forecast for future growth,

·       Ensure that all IT security measures are put in place on System, Database, Application, and communications levels,

·       Participate actively on transfer knowledge by writing/updating procedures kept in the centralize repository.

·       Perform VAS Systems daily health checks.

·       Report on problems detected, participate on the full recovery and restoration, and ensure administration paper work for required changes

·       Prepare daily inputs for capacity, BCP/DRP, and participate in the BCP exercises.
